70-Year-Old Westbrook Man Accused of ‘peeking in windows’ Charged with Violation of Privacy, Stalking

Portland Police announced Monday that a 70-year-old Westbrook man has been arrested in connection to several reports of a man entering the backyard of residences in Portland and “peeking in windows.”

Police say the incidents occurred in the backyard of residences on Emery, Pleasant, and State Streets.

Gary Ganem, 70, of Westbrook, was arrested Sunday night and charged with violation of privacy and stalking.
