Trump Blasts Biased Bellows, Calls for Recusal in Ballot Case

Former Republican President Donald Trump has called for Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows to disqualify herself from rendering a decision on whether he should be allowed to stand as a candidate in Maine’s GOP primary election.

“President Trump requests that the Secretary disqualify herself from this matter because she has already concluded that President Trump engaged in insurrection — a determination that she made well before the submission of evidence or argument in this current matter,” attorneys for Trump stated in a letter.

Trump’s letter links to social media posts made by Bellows, a former left-wing legal activist and Democratic state senator.

In those posts, Bellows asserts that Trump is guilty of “insurrection”; however, the former president has never been found guilty by the U.S. Senate or any court for any crimes related to insurrection.

The Jan 6 insurrection was an unlawful attempt to overthrow the results of a free and fair election. Today 57 Senators including King & Collins found Trump guilty. That’s short of impeachment but nevertheless an indictment. The insurrectionists failed, and democracy prevailed.

“Because the Secretary has exhibited a personal bias in this matter, she should disqualify herself from further proceedings,” the letter states.

The proceedings were started as the result of complaints from three former state lawmakers, including the former socialist Mayor of Portland.

Bellows was originally expected to announce her decision regarding Trump’s eligibility for the Maine ballot last week, but that decision was delayed to this week due to the Dec. 18 wind storm.

A spokesperson for Bellows did not immediately answer questions about whether she would recuse herself from the proceedings.

After 5pm Wednesday, the Secretary of State’s office told reporters there would be no decision announced until Thursday or later.

The attempted takeover of America, that we see all over the place now , is slowly spreading into Maine, like weeds taking over your vegetable garden. Not even Damon Runyon could make up characters like some of these democrats we have today. They wish the state to be a place where they can rule by fiat. Mills is really good at this.

Sec. Bellows , appointed by the Democratic Governor of Maine, a member of Democratic party which supported the KKK and the South who were fighting for slavery and fought against the President Lincolin and the Union army to stop slavery wants to shut-up a former Republican President, D. Trump, a member of the Republican party which fought to end Slavery and grant freedom to slaves is not a person I want to be speaking for Me or the State of Maine. She no more than a mouth pice for those who want suppress my rights to pick who I wish to govern my Country the USA.
I stand against Sec. Bellows, who is a member of the party which supported SLAVERY and the South!

And while we are at it why does our Independent Senator King support the Party which supported SLAVERY?
As an Independent he should stand alone or at least be a REPUBLICAN, against SLAVERY.
I am waiting for an answer Senator!

If Maine politicians take away my right of choice regarding 2024 ballot and Trump, I will sue those responsible personally along with sueing the state of Maine. They better think long and hard over this one, because it could end up costing them millions of dollars.

Wow Bellows, you really stepped in it now. You don’t know what you are in for, bringing all this attention to yourself on a national scale. Be ready to take the heat. They will dig out all the skeletons in your closet as well as your politically connected husband.

This Shenna “woman” is a moron. The constitution is a joke. I don’t respect any laws. Why bother? I don’t care if you beat, rob and rape me so why do you care if I shoot up on public streets and vote multiple times for the same candidate from the same address in an election!? Get a grip. Honestly, the constituency is dumb and so is this “woman”. Does she even have a penile implant? No right!? That means she likely is not a girl!
