Auburn Police announced Tuesday that a man has been arrested on drug trafficking charges after a search warrant executed at the man’s home and business led to the seizure of large quantities of narcotics and firearms.

Auburn Police say they conducted a traffic stop at about 1 p.m. Tuesday in connection to an ongoing narcotics investigation.

The operator of the vehicle, 43-year-old Darren Douin of Auburn, was found to be in possession of narcotics and a firearm, police said.
