A Colombian national who was paroled into the U.S. after illegally crossing the border at Eagle Pass, Texas, has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Boston after he was released by a Massachusetts court despite facing charges of rape against a minor.

According to ICE, the Colombian national was arrested by Border Patrol on July 3, 2022, shortly after illegally crossing the border into Texas, and was given a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge.

The unlawfully present Colombian was then released into the country under ICE’s Alternatives to Detention program, ICE said.

In January, the Colombian noncitizen was arrested by local authorities in Lynn, Mass., and was arraigned in the Lynn District Court on Jan. 29 for rape and indecent assault and battery of a minor over 14.

Despite the pending charge of a sex crime against a minor and ICE lodging an immigration detainer against the unlawfully present Colombian national later that day, the Essex County Sheriff’s Department failed to honor the detainer and released the Colombian noncitizen from state custody.

Agents with ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested the alleged Colombian sex offender on March 28 near his residence in Lynn, Mass, and he will be held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

“This unlawfully present Colombian national stands accused of a horrific crime,” ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons said Wednesday. “There are few crimes more disturbing than the sexual assault of a child, and no person more disturbing than one who would prey upon the most innocent members of our communities.

“ERO Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by working tenaciously to arrest and remove unlawfully present child sex predators from our New England neighborhoods,” Lyons said.

The dems plan for your children:

    1. Kill them in the womb
    2. Mutilate their genitals
    3. Let them see all types of porn in school libraries
    4. Allow illegals to rape/kill

I question how much crime is being ignored by the pathetic media, I’ll wager there is a lot of minor crimes that there is a lot and the media is looking the other way until there is something so vile they have to report it! The towns that have taken these illegal indigents in will suffer a drastic increase in crime as soon as they get mad because they want more freebies, just like the illegal that got mad because he wasn’t getting his freebies fast enough so he went and threw rocks off an overpass that ended up killing a mother! Such valuable addition to America!
