Kansas AG Sues Pfizer Over COVID Vaccine Misinformation

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach (R) filed a lawsuit against Pfizer on Monday, accusing the massive pharmaceutical company of misleading consumers when it claimed that its COVID-19 mRNA injections were “safe and effective.”

“Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women, however, in February of 2021, Pfizer possessed reports for 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy. More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than ten percent reported a miscarriage,” said AG Kobach during a press conference announcing the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also accuses Pfizer of lying about the injections potential to cause myocarditis in some cases, especially for younger men. The pharmaceutical giant has consistently denied any link between its injections and heart conditions despite numerous studies from across the world finding a correlation between the the two.

The AG also highlighted false claims from Pfizer regarding the injections efficacy against COVID variants, and its ability to prevent transmission.

“Pfizer also claimed that its COVID-19 vaccine protected against COVID-19 variants, even though data available at the time showed Pfizer’s vaccine was effective less than half the time against variants,” said Kobach.

The majority of vaccine mandates implemented by employers, and pushed on the federal level by the Biden Administration, were advocated ostensibly on the grounds that the vaccine prevented transmission, and thus would be required to protect others.

The lawsuit accuses Pfizer of claiming that its vaccine prevented transmission before later admitting that they had conducted no studies on whether their shots prevented transmission.

Kobach also accused Pfizer of coordinating with social media companies to censor speech critical of the vaccine.

The Biden administration was also revealed to have pressured tech companies, including Facebook and Twitter, into censoring vaccine-critical articles, posts, and books.

Kobach’s suit argues that Pfizer’s false claims about their vaccine’s safety and efficacy led to their high sales in Kansas, where the company sold roughly 3.3 million doses, which accounted for more than 60 percent of the COVID vaccines distributed throughout the state.

He hopes that other attorneys general will follow him in similar suits, depending on Pfizer’s reaction.

The Kansas suit comes shortly after the largely liberal leaning U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mRNA COVID vaccines cannot justly be considered vaccines, since the shots do not prevent transmission, which is an essential part of traditional vaccines.

In that case, the court ruled against the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), which attempted to impose vaccine mandates on its teachers, who would risk losing their jobs if they refused to comply.

That case, which was heard in the nation’s largest appeals court, could potentially impact Kansas’ suit, since the appeals court based its decision on the mRNA vaccines’ failure to prevent transmission, seemingly confirming a key part of Kobach’s suit.

There is more than enough data to prove Pfizer ran fraudulent trials.

The case likely will be moved to Federal court. Don’t get your knicker in a knot, just let our judicial system do its work.
