A Salvadoran national living illegally in the U.S. was arrested last week on Nantucket Island by federal immigration officers after being charged with numerous sex crimes against a Massachusetts child.
U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced on Monday that they apprehended 28-year-old Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo, a citizen of El Salvador, as part of an operation launched last week on Nantucket to serve arrest warrants for immigration violations, particularly targeting “violent offenders.”
According to ICE, Aldana illegally entered the U.S. on an unknown date, at an unknown location, without being inspected by immigration officials — what is commonly classified as a “gotaway.”
Aldana was arraigned on July 26 in Nantucket District Court for one count of rape of a child with a 10-year age difference, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, ICE said.
Following his arraignment, Aldana was released on bail by the Nantucket District Court on July 29.
Officers from ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested Aldana Sept. 10 on Nantucket Island, and served him with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge. He remains in ERO custody, as of Monday afternoon.
“Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo stands accused of some detestable and disturbing crimes against a Nantucket child,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons. “He represents a significant danger to the children of our Massachusetts communities.”
“ERO Boston will not tolerate such a threat to the most vulnerable of our population. We will continue to prioritize the safety of our public by arresting and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from our New England neighborhoods,” Lyons said.

How many people have to be murdered, raped, assaulted before these illegals are removed? The problem is the liberal left are blinded by their hatred for conservatives that they are willing to turn a blind eye to all this. Local law enforcement needs to be supported and allowed to do their job without hinderance from Democrat judges and lawyers. In any other country these illegals would be arrested, jailed and then returned to their home country. Stop pandering to them……

Do your part and inform your neighbors,co-workers, family and friends the truth behind the Democratic Party and that if they vote for Harris this type of behavior will explode and all children will be in harms way and we will no longer have ICE. Volunteer to work the poles, watch drop off boxes and votes being counted. It is our responsibility to make sure we have legal, safe and valid elections. We can’t wait on Congress to do this. They cave every single time the Democrats say jump.
