The Maine Center for Disease Control & Prevention (Maine CDC) will be spending an additional $500,000 to extend its marketing campaign focused on encouraging Mainers to get updated COVID-19 and flu vaccines through this September.

The Maine CDC previously paid the Westbrook-based marketing firm Ethos Marketing and Design $200,000 to promote this campaign from May 2024 to the start of this year. This latest half million dollar extension more than doubles the spending.

According to a request to waive competitive bidding document published Monday, the Mills administration will be paying the marketing firm an additional $500,000 to carry the ad campaign through September 30, 2025.

“This renews the contract agreement with Results Marketing [d.b.a. Ethos] and will encourage Maine people, particularly those 65 and older and those who are immunocompromised to get their updated COVID-19 and flu vaccines,” the state contract reads.

“The goals of the campaign are to increase awareness about eligibility for updated vaccinations against COVID019 and the flu,” it reads. “Encourage Maine people to get vaccinated and decrease hesitancy about getting themselves and their children/those in their care vaccinated.”

The Maine CDC says the additional $500,000 in funding will allow for “greater media outreach for the developed television campaign, digital and social media campaigns promoting vaccine uptake for the intended audiences.”

Janet Mills is going to burn Maine to the ground before she is forced out in 2026 .

Maine is in debt up to it’s friggin’ eyeballs and we’re about to get our federal funding cut.
Mills now has $500,000 to waste on this for TV ads? We need DOGE in Maine ASAP.

Mills has done to Maine what Biden did to our country. She is a horrible governor and person.

    What a waste of money.
Is that company run by friends or family?
Why is ME state govt ignoring all the studies from around the world showing the covid shots damage internal organs and actually hurt immune systems, etc?

I would encourage anyone really wondering what the “vaccine” shot is about. With a number of states having pending legislation to outlaw Covid mandates, and bad news insofar as disastrous side effects all over the place, a multi-faceted version of the Overton Window comes at us from Davos to DC. The “Trust me” BS has about worn the carpet thin, as has the state’s leading ass-hat.

What else does the little Dictator have up her sleeve…? Rubbing elbows with Schumer is no help to you , Janet… stick a fork in ‘im, he’s done….I don’t think you and your agenda are far behind.

This is grounds to indict the Maine Governor and her public health accomplices for negligent homicide. Given the clear and compelling research about COVID vax harms that any informed person has access to, any public person that uses her authority to promote it should be indicted for intent to harm. The principals in the advertising agency should also be indicted.

The Mills’ administration are idiots. Here is why Covid-19 jab mandates should not be permitted.
“The American Life Insurance Council has stated that life insurance policies may deny payments if someone dies from a COVID-19 vaccine, as these vaccines are considered experimental drugs, and policyholders should be aware of this risk.”
Additionally, do a search on the following article. TheMaineWire won’t publish my post if I include the link to it:
Wealthy French businessman died from the COVID-19 vaccine – but life insurance company DENIES PAYOUT, citing voluntary suicide by experimental jab
“The judge in the case determined that the side effects of the COVID vaccine were well-known, and the man willingly chose to get vaccinated despite the risks, essentially committing suicide”

It’s no wonder we have a 120 million shortfall when Mills is throwing away money on things like the useless and often harmful Covid vaccine.

Wow. This administration is full of literal Demons. I seriously cannot believe Mills & Co are STILL pushing this gene therapy garbage. History is going to be extremely unkind to them.

Oh just do another line Janet, and forget about it. Look folks, it’ll be alright…

For anyone interested in the Mills-Covid fiasco, Meryl Nass’s blog may be of interest. Dr. Meryl Nass had her license suspended about 3 years ago for prescribing Ivermectin and has since been working with Dr. Robert Malone who BTW had a part in inventing mRNA. I suspect between the two there is more knowledge in this area of healthcare than the entirety of the board that suspended Dr. Nass. As I understand it Dr. Nass has legal actions against the state both in state and federal court. The two doctors have had some hand in attempting to prevent the WHO from intruding on us sovereignty insofar as the manner with which we deal any future health issues.

Why would you promote something that has adverse effects…..
A Yale study found that people who took the COVID 19 vaccination have experienced ‘post-vaccination syndrome – PVS’.
Some of the most common chronic symptoms of PVS include exercise intolerance, excessive fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, and dizziness. They develop shortly after vaccination, within a day or two, can become more severe in the days that follow, and persist over time.
Along with spike protein persistence, the researchers are assessing the contributions of autoimmunity, tissue damage, and Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) reactivation.

  15. Cheech on February 28, 2025 7:09 AM

Speaking of Yale studies, how about Turbo Cancer? Yale experts see rise in younger, turbo cancer | CANCERactive. Hardy something dreamed up by some writer for a gossip broadsheet, rather a terrifying report by what I would think a credible source.
Could our “esteemed” leader be a little more ass-backwards on a few more issues? Oh BTW, there are now 8 states with legislation pending to ban the shot.
