According to the NH Attorney General’s office, the suspect, Naseef Bryan, of Manchester began illegally voting as a non-citizen in the November 2023 Manchester, NH municipal election.

He then allegedly returned to vote illegally in the 2024 presidential primary, and again in the 2024 general election.

It remains a mystery why Bryan would have been able to vote illegally in NH, since the state requests identification both when registering to vote and when entering a polling location.

Bryan faces felony charges for each of the alleged illegal votes, with each charge carrying a maximum seven-year prison sentence and $4,000 fine, coming to a total 21-year possible prison sentence and $12,000 fine.

One X account by the name Nasseef Fernando Bryan, operated by someone purporting to be the suspect’s son, claimed that the accusations against Bryan are “deformation” and argued that he is a citizen despite the NH DOJ’s claims.
