Police announced the arrests on Tuesday after they responded to reports on September 9 of a man at a Rankin Street residence who was under the influence of drugs.

Law enforcement arrived to discover Joseph Caron, 40, of Rockland, and found that he was subject to several active arrest warrants, though he had fled inside the residence before they arrived.

Police developed probable cause to enter the building and took Caron into custody.

While making the arrest, police found evidence of alleged illegal drug use, along with multiple other occupants.

The Rockland Police Department reported that officers “seized” the house and applied for and received a search warrant. While executing the warrant, police found Kayla Faller, 27, of Rockland, and arrested her on five outstanding arrest warrants.

Officers also allegedly found crack cocaine and fentanyl, as well as other unnamed individuals. Additional criminal charges are pending.

Faller was previously arrested during a January drug bust and charged with violating the conditions of release.
