At approximately 8:00 p.m., Penobscot deputies, along with the Maine State Police Tactical Team, executed a search warrant at a Town Road residence in Lagrange.

They obtained the warrant as part of an investigation into drug trafficking activities and the possession of firearms by convicted felons.

During the search, law enforcement seized multiple firearms and suspected drugs. The suspected drugs will undergo laboratory testing to determine what they are.

Law enforcement also arrested two suspects: Richard Stacker, 53, of New York and Lagrange, and Ferdinand Nazario, 56, of New York and Lagrange.

Both suspects were charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) all assisted in the investigation.
