The Biddeford schools are honoring the memory of a beloved teacher who succumbed to heart disease.
Rory Putnam, who was only 54, taught emergency medical services at Biddeford Regional Center of Technology.
“He was a mentor who made a lasting impact on so many of our students and colleagues,” Biddeford school officials said in a post shared by Biddeford Buzz.
Putnam, who lived in Windham, passed away at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston after a long struggle with heart disease.
