On Monday, Maine State Police Troopers from the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unity and Southern Field Troop apprehended two fugitives wanted in Oklahoma for charges related to the sexual abuse of a minor and the manufacturing of child pornography.

The two fugitives were traveling through Maine in a tractor-trailer truck owned by Semi Transport INC of Chicago, Illinois, the company at which they were both employed.

The company was unaware of the pending charges against the fugitives and were fully cooperative with police.

An investigation led troopers to 400 Killick Pond Road in Hollis, the address of bottled water company Poland Springs, where they arrested 40-year-old Casey Mumford and his wife, 38-year-old Elizabeth Mumford, both of Norman, Oklahoma, without incident.

The couple was wanted in Oklahoma on felony charges, including sexual exploitation of a minor, sexual abuse of a minor, manufacturing child pornography, enabling child sexual abuse, and child neglect.

Both subjects were transported to the York County Jail and were charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.

They are currently awaiting arraignment and extradition to Oklahoma.

Maine State Police was assisted in their investigation by the Western District of Oklahoma- U.S. Marshals Service, and the Maine Violent Offender Task Force.

Charges were initially filed against the couple on July 25 in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

The probable cause affidavit states that a child divulged to a caregiver that Casey Mumford was sexually abusing two children, according to the local Oklahoma newspaper the Norman Transcript.

The caregiver also told police someone had found child pornography on Casey Mumford’s computer.

Police obtained a search warrant for Mumford’s electronic devices, and they observed homemade child pornography videos depicting a minor child and both Mumfords.

Elizabeth Mumford was charged with two counts of enabling child sexual abuse and two counts of child neglect.

Casey Mumford was charged with five counts of child sexual abuse, four counts of manufacturing child pornography, one count of possessing child pornography, and child neglect.

Baiting the trap with doughnuts was brilliant.

The woke are likely to suffer some kind of disconnect here, when they insist on the sexualization and sexual abuse of children in schools and libraries and elsewhere in our culture, but our laws (when obeyed and followed) still consider these as crimes. If the woke get their way, these two criminals will be let off scott-free.

Liberal heads will explode overing this…real life proof of sexual abuse of children when they insist it’s all a Q-Anon conspiracy theory to fire up the conservative base and fuel the fires of hatred. The article doesn’t state if this lovely couple was the parents of the abused kids, or they were unrelated. I pray for their health and safety.

They’re truck drivers, not teachers, you morons.
