A Salvadoran MS-13 gang member who has been previously removed from the U.S. three times and is wanted for murder in El Salvador was arrested by federal immigration enforcement officers in Massachusetts last week.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested the unlawfully present 44-year-old Salvadoran fugitive in Foxboro, Mass. on Monday, Feb. 19.

According to ICE, the Salvadoran national unlawfully entered the U.S. for the first time in March 2001, and was deported in January 2007.

The MS-13 gang member was deported for a second time in July 2010, and a third time in October 2012, after unlawfully reentering the country multiple times, ICE said.

The foreign fugitive illegally reentered the U.S. for a fourth time on an unknown date and at an unknown location, without being inspected or admitted by an immigration official, according to ICE.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested the unlawfully present Salvadoran fugitive in Foxboro, Mass. without incident on Feb. 19.

“This unlawfully present fugitive is a member of a violent transnational criminal organization who is wanted for murder in his home country,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons.

“The people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are safer today now that this fugitive criminal has been arrested,” Lyons said. “ERO Boston continues to help make our communities safer by our unwavering commitment to protecting public safety every day.”

He will remain in ICE custody pending what will be the fugitive’s fourth removal from the U.S.

Maybe lock him up for the next 25 years. It’s clear that deportation won’t stop him coming back. He’s too dangerous to be roaming around free.

Doesn’t the unlawfully present Salvadoran MS-13 gang member have a name?

Maybe the citizens of the Commonwealth of MA can feel safer that the fugitive has been arrested, but will Maine people really be safer after the Office of New Mainers sponsored by Sharia-compliant Rep. Deqa Dhlac, is established? I say it will just give undeserving, unvetted, illegal criminals an opportunity to comfortably set up shop here to work their cultural enrichment fantasy at taxpayer expense.
