On Jan. 19th, at around 3:18 a.m., police responded to a report of an assault and home invasion at 723 Congress St. in Portland.

Following a month-long investigation, Portland Police arrested 53-year-old Stephen Brichetto on Monday, Feb. 19.
Brichetto was charged with Aggravated Assault and Burglary and booked at Cumberland County Jail, according to Portland Police spokesperson Brad Nadeau.
How would tough guy Stephen Brichetto fair against a man? The true character of a person is how they treat someone weaker than themselves. (dogs, cats, humans, etc.)
Portland Illegal friendly but not age friendly.
Do not buy in Portland.
The perpetrator needs to spend the rest of his life in prison but he won’t with our ultra liberal Justice system.
