Maine Wire reporter Edward Tomic joined the Grace Curley Show Wednesday afternoon to discuss an Maine Wire exclusive report on the illegal alien who caused a four-car crash on I-95 that left an Albion woman dead and her husband in critical condition.

WATCH:

According to the Maine Department of Public Safety, an initial investigation into the April 26 crash found that 23-year-old Oguzhan Cildir — who was described as a resident of Brighton, Mass. — started the crash when he struck a pickup truck and minivan while driving southbound on the Maine Turnpike in Wells.

The Maine Wire learned from law enforcement and a Department of Homeland Security Official that Cildir illegally entered the U.S. over the southern border in January and did not have a driver’s license.

The DHS confirmed that Cildir was arrested at the scene of the accident because the arresting agency found that he “had immigration status from when he crossed on the Southwest border,” and was turned over to U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE-ERO).

The Maine Wire is awaiting confirmation regarding whether Cildir has been deported, is awaiting removal proceedings, or is still in ICE custody.

On Monday, York County District Attorney Kathryn Slattery told the Maine Wire that the incident remains under investigation and that her office has not yet received a final report on the crash.

Despite the exclusive report receiving millions of impressions across X — formerly Twitter — since it was published Monday, Maine’s mainstream media outlets have yet to cover the story.

Sad to hear that an American woman’s life was taken by the inability of an illegal alien to read road signs. Stop giving them vehicles on tax payer dollar! Marxist Mills and her commie cronies give $10,000 to each asylum seeker, and probably illegals too, for a vehicle in addition to free food, free healthcare, free brand new housing and free everything for two years ! Mills is a communist along with her brother , Paul Mills who aided and worked fur the Chinese Nationals who took over the illegal cannabis industry in Maine. Marxist Mills has blood on her hands.

Naturally, the “mainstream media” will leave this story alone. Why, you might ask? Because it might reflect negatively on their hero Dementia Joe Biden and Biden’s abysmal management of our southern border.

Did the York County DA receive any donations from Soros funded groups?

  7. Gardiner Schneider on May 9, 2024 8:28 AM

From what I have read on the Maine Wire and in a few other places, the Soros group has bought up most of the Maine papers and now controls what they publish. Most of the Maine media has been left wing ever since the Ellsworth American was sold ten or so years ago.

    Why politicize this event? Jeez.
