Illegal Alien Charged with Aggravated Child Rape at Healey Hotel Arrested 8 Months After Maine Wire Exposé

Massachusetts authorities have finally arrested the 42-year-old illegal alien alleged to have incestuously raped his 14-year-old daughter multiple times in law enforcement documents first published last June by the Maine Wire.

Eight months ago, the Maine Wire published incident reports revealing that Ronald Joseph, an undocumented immigrant who entered the U.S. via the southern border with his minor daughter during the Biden Administration, repeatedly sexually assaulted her while residing at a taxpayer-funded migrant shelter in Marlborough, Mass.

The case against Joseph emerged when his 14-year-old daughter became pregnant, leading investigators to discover that he had repeatedly assaulted her during their journey to the United States, according to the incident reports.

According to court records obtained by the Boston Globe, Joseph appeared in Marlborough District Court on Monday, facing charges of aggravated rape of a child.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges after being arrested over the weekend and is currently being held without bail while awaiting a Friday hearing to determine whether he is dangerous.

The Maine Wire reported on Joseph and his alleged crimes in June. Despite his alleged crimes being documented in law enforcement incident reports, Joseph was not arrested at the time of the alleged assaults but was instead moved to a separate shelter. Even after the incident reports were published across social media revealing the heinous behavior occurring at the migrant shelter, Joseph was not arrested. Only after national media outlets discovered the story and—eventually—the Boston Globe reported on it as well, did law enforcement take action against the illegal alien.

Joseph had been staying at a Holiday Inn in Marlborough that had been converted into a shelter for illegal immigrants under Gov. Maura Healey’s (D-Mass.) shelter program when incident reports recorded his alleged sexual assault of his daughter.

A serious incident report provided to the Maine Wire by a whistleblower detailed the alleged crimes, claiming that Joseph raped his daughter numerous times, both on the way from Mexico and while living at the taxpayer-funded shelter.

“[Department of Children and Families] DCF then conducted an interview with [the victim] who reported that her father has had sex with her multiple times, both on the journey to the U.S. and in the U.S. DCF then made the decision to remove [the victim] from her father’s custody on an emergency basis,” said the records provided to The Maine Wire.

Police arrived in response to the accusations, but instead of arresting Joseph, they calmed him down after he lost custody of his daughter, function almost as social workers and migrant resettlement specialists rather than cops.

Joseph then received a taxpayer-funded Lyft ride to the Queen Street Shelter in Worcester, Mass., which does not house children but does house women.

The alleged child rapist largely disappeared from headlines until he was arrested this weekend.

Authorities have released few details on the arrest and have not clarified whether he was still living off taxpayer money at the Worcester shelter when he was apprehended.

Though The Maine Wire reported on the disastrous results of Gov. Healey’s migrant hotels months ago, they have only recently garnered more sustained national attention despite her administration’s attempts to conceal their flaws.

In late December, the Healey administration released thousands of pages of heavily redacted serious incident reports that nevertheless confirm the shelter system has become a hotbed for crime, including rape, drugs, domestic abuse, and a host of other crimes.

In response to the late December arrest of Leonardo Andujar Sanchez, 28, a Dominican illegal immigrant staying at a repurposed Quality Inn in Revere, Mass., who was found with an assault rifle and five kilograms of fentanyl, Healey ordered an inspection of the shelter system.

The Healey Administration claimed that it has already completed the majority of its inspections, including all of the “Healey Hotels” converted into shelters, and that they have found no major issues or evidence of criminal activity.

Jon Fetherston, the former manager of the hotel that housed Joseph, told the Maine Wire that he believes Healey has not actually completed any inspection and that it was a performative attempt to regain public trust in her project.

“If they did do it, and I’m under the impression that it didn’t happen, anybody can pass a pre-announced inspection. And three, if she really wants this to go away and still trust in the public, then why not release the report,” said Fetherston.

While Joseph has been arrested, the Healey Hotels continue to harbor illegal immigrants, despite numerous warnings from Border Czar Tom Homan that he will prosecute any government officials who obstruct President Donald Trump’s deportation efforts.
