Officers executed a search warrant at the Thorndike Apartments as part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking activities.

Police did not specify whether the warrant covered more than one apartment in the building.

During the execution, police allegedly discovered evidence of drug trafficking and seized methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and over $1,000 in suspected drug proceeds.

Police arrested Seth Poland, 47, of Rockland, and charged him with unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

The investigation was carried out by the city’s Proactive Crime Interdiction Officer, a position dedicated to addressing areas known to be involved in criminal activity, including theft and drug trafficking.
