The U.S. House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) published a report last week confirming the Chinese government’s role in America’s fentanyl crisis.

“What we see here is the state sponsored poisoning of the United States on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party,” said committee member Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-Mass.).
The report detailed the ways in which the CCP is directly and indirectly involved in the trafficking of fentanyl precursor which then ends up as fentanyl on American streets.
“The fentanyl crisis is one of the most horrific disasters that America has
ever faced. On average, fentanyl kills over 200 Americans daily, the equivalent
of a packed Boeing 737 crashing every single day. Fentanyl is the leading cause
of death for Americans aged 18-45 and a leading cause in the historic drop in
American life expectancy,” said the committee report.
The majority of the world’s fentanyl precursor originates in China, and the report has discovered that the CCP is incentivizing Chinese companies to produce and export the drug component.
According to the house committee, there is no legal use for fentanyl precursor, and it remains an illegal substance under Chinese law.
Nevertheless, the CCP subsidizes the manufacturing and export of the precursor through various tax incentives, including export tax rebates.
The committee investigation revealed that the tax incentives are openly available to view on the Chinese version of the CCP’s website, but will not display when searching from an American I.P. address.
In addition to providing tax incentives, the CCP also gave direct monetary grants to companies which traffic and manufacture fentanyl precursor.
The report claims that, in some cases, these operations receive visits from provincial CCP leaders, who complement them on their work despite the CCP laws against the drug components.
The CCP maintains ownership shares in companies directly involved in drug trafficking.
In one case, a CCP prison, which has been accused of human rights violations, owns a chemical company which traffics drugs out of the country.
The CCP has actively hindered U.S. investigations into drug traffickers, warning criminals that they have come under investigation rather than providing the U.S. with assistance when requested.
Although the Chinese government censors online material related to the sale of fentanyl on Chinese soil, it openly allows companies to advertise illicit drugs online for export.
The house committee found over 31,000 instances of Chinese companies openly advertising the sale of illegal drugs on the Chinese controlled internet.
China, which is the largest and most advanced surveillance state in the history of the world, could stop the criminal enterprises if it desired, but the government benefits from the sales, and the chaos spread abroad through skyrocketing drug addiction.
The committee concluded that fentanyl operations benefit the CCP by allowing China to launder money, expanding the country’s chemical industry, and destabilizing its international rivals.
Fentanyl has proved to be an extremely effective weapon against the American people.
Overdoses on the synthetic drug have become the leading cause of death among Americans between the ages of 18-45, with, on average, roughly 200 U.S. citizens dying from the drug per day.
The committee concluded that the U.S. should combat the flow of fentanyl through various economic measures such as sanctions and increased customs enforcement, by providing law enforcement with the legal resources needed to combat the transnational criminal enterprises, and by establishing a joint task force to combat opioids which will be dedicated to combatting the flow of fentanyl into the U.S.
The findings confirm many claims made by Peter Schwizer, senior editor at Breitbart News, in his book Blood Money, in which he discusses the CCP’s assault on America through drugs and propaganda.
Schwizer, however, does not believe that the committee report went far enough.
“What this report says is somewhat limited in scope, I think what we cover in the book is even more broad based and even more damning,” said Schwizer.
The report does not address the role that China has in aiding Mexican drug cartels, which often manufacture the fentanyl using the precursor created in Chinese lab before transporting of those drugs into the U.S. through its open borders.
According to Schwizer, China maintains control of the Mexican port of Manzanillo, through which it transports fentanyl precursor into North America.
Schwizer also argues that the CCP controls the manufacture of fentanyl powder, and provides cartels with pill presses which are used to disguise fentanyl as legal medication.
The CCP also helps the cartels to communicate securely, allowing them to evade authorities, and allows them to launder the profits from their drug sales using Chinese banks.
As American authorities struggle to combat the influx of fentanyl ravaging the country, the Biden Administration has fought against efforts to close the Southern border to illegal immigrants.
The open border has allowed drug traffickers working for the Mexican cartels and the CCP to bring their destabilizing substances into the country unimpeded.
The CCP’s drug enterprises are not limited to fentanyl.
China has also backed the illicit cultivation of marijuana in hundreds of locations throughout rural Maine.
Although marijuana is less destructive than fentanyl, and is legal in many states including Maine, the illegal weed grows in Maine often employ human trafficking and destroy the homes which have been converted to grow marijuana, thus exacerbating the state’s housing crisis.
The illegally cultivated marijuana also has the potential to harm its users because, unlike the weed produced by legal growers, it is not subject to rules against contaminants in the crops.
“China has also backed the illicit cultivation of marijuana in hundreds of locations throughout rural Maine.” China is at war with the U.S.whether we choose to recognize that fact or not.
Another little tidbit was revealed in a recent Breitbart article that the illegal Chinese Nationals are also setting up bioweapons labs throughout the country which, of course, will be deemed mis, dis or mal-information by the “authorities”.
Well, do we blame the Chinks for making the fentanyl or should we blame the idiot democraps who refuse to enforce the border through which most of this comes? Whaddya think’s going to happen? Interesting that the Chinks don’t have a fentanyl crisis in their country.
ME Infidel, you do know about the bioweapons labs the US was funding in Ukraine, right?
Ate you sure that our elected representatives like King, Collins, Pingree and Golden are not responsible? Wide open borders is a huge part of the problem.
Not much blame landing on Mexico’s doorstep where it’s actually made.
Chris, Yes, I know about the bioweapons labs in Ukraine.
