The joint investigation led law enforcement to Bangor, Maine, where USMS Task Force members located Lawson at a hotel and apprehended him without incident.

Lawson was transported to the Penobscot County Jail and charged as a fugitive from justice, and will be arraigned in Maine pending his extradition back to Connecticut, USMS said.
