Officers noticed the vehicle speeding on I-95 in Portsmouth and, during the traffic stop, discovered the vehicle’s occupants, Frandy Arias Zapata, 23, and Eduardo Garcia, 24, allegedly in possession of roughly 350 grams of fentanyl and approximately 75 grams of cocaine, along with an illegal firearm.
