A Portland homeless man is facing multiple charges after allegedly assaulting a victim with a brick and threatening another person with a knife.

Portland Police say they responded to 5 Portland St. at about 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of an assault had taken place earlier that day.

Witnesses told police that a suspect had thrown a brick at a victim before proceeding to assault him, and that the suspect had threatened another individual with a knife.

Police say that later on Wednesday, they arrested 34-year-old Abdoalmonim Kodi, who was described as “unhoused,” and charged him with assault, aggravated assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

Morally bankrupt, unsavory and feral foreign characters with a history of violent assaults caught and released onto the public streets. We would not put a dangerous dog back on the streets.

Well, Abdoalmonim Kodi was previous housed in a grass hut in Sudan before Catholic Charities bussed his sorry ass to Maine.

His Sudanese mugshot is public property and available. I expect Maine Wire to do better if even MSN published it with this story.

Seems like this one is a candidate for deportation back to Sudan if he is nothing but an illegal, feral, drain on and threat to the People of Maine.
