Previously sealed court documents have revealed shocking new information about a Portland woman and member of the Antifa New England “militia” arrested in May for allegedly threatening to murder law enforcement officers.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced the arrest of 40-year-old Alice Jones on May 15, but provided scant details, only saying that she allegedly threatened the “Supervisory United States Border Patrol Agent and others.”
A previously sealed search warrant application for Jones’s home on Washington Ave. in Portland from FBI Special Agent Andrew Allaire reveals that she had a long history of allegedly threatening law enforcement, expressed a desire to murder President Donald Trump, and bragged about being a member of a violent militia group.
A member of the Wells Police Department contacted the FBI on May 12 after receiving threatening calls, likely because Wells became the first town in the state to sign a cooperative agreement with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
A caller believed to be Jones allegedly first called Wells Police Chief Jo-Ann Putnam, referring to her as a Nazi. Five minutes after that call, she contacted the Wells Dispatch Center, criticized the town’s agreement with ICE, and appeared to threaten the dispatcher with murder.
“Let me know if you want to get slit all the way through your throat, bitch, cause you’re a fucking Nazi,” said Jones allegedly speaking to a 911 dispatcher.
She reportedly then continued her threat by mentioning the specific level of body armor used by ICE agents, claimed that there will be dead ICE agents, and referred to Chief Putnam as a “[d]ead Nazi c*nt walking.”
The caller then allegedly warned that she had recently purchased her first gun and had received “extensive” training. She also reportedly admitted to doxxing police officers in Worcester, Massachusetts, and Nashville, Tennessee, and said that she would also doxx Wells police officers.
The call ended, but the Jones called back soon after and allegedly threatened to come to the Wells police station and follow the dispatcher home from work. She identified herself as a member of Antifa New England.
The caller, believed to be Jones, then made another call, telling the dispatcher, “If you Nazi c*nts do anything here like what happened in Worcester, you are going to have some dead ICE agents.”
She was likely referring to an early May incident in which Worcester City Councilor Etel Haxhiaj allegedly assaulted law enforcement and attempted to stop ICE from making an arrest. That incident ultimately led to assault charges being filed against the councilor.
After the caller finished allegedly threatening the dispatcher, she called an officer’s personal cell phone and recited the officer’s personal address, where her child was at home.
Ten minutes later, the caller contacted a different Wells Police Department sergeant on her home phone and claimed that her mother would wind up dead if she supported ICE, and called the officer’s mother a Nazi.
The sergeant hung up and blocked the caller’s number.
A different sergeant’s mother, who lives outside of Maine, received a call from a person believed to be Jones, who said, “You are a fucking Nazi. You will die because you are a fucking Nazi.”
Jones allegedly called the woman six more times.
In the evening of the same day, Jones allegedly called the Wells dispatch again, demanding information on Wells’ agreement with ICE. Her call was transferred to a corporal.
She then allegedly recited the names of all the Wells police officers, claimed to know the body armor they wear, asserted that they are all Nazis, and said that all Nazis will be murdered.
When the corporal asked if she was finished with her rant, Jones allegedly said that she will only be finished once President Trump is dead.
“I want to slit his throat, I want to be the one to do it,” said the caller.
She claimed that Antifa militias are real, and identified herself as a “researcher for the militia.”
Following the calls to Wells, Special Agent Allaire researched the phone number and found that the previous day, May 10, a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent in Jacksonville, Maine, received threatening calls from the same person, who made similar threats to him. The caller reportedly told the agent that she was “coming for him.”
“If you keep fucking with citizens you’re going to die. This is what the Second Amendment is for,” said the caller speaking to the border patrol agent.
Allaire learned that the Worcester, Mass., Police Department also requested information on Jones after she allegedly threatened officers there.
Following a request to Apple for information, the FBI determined that the caller was allegedly Jones.
The FBI had prior cause to investigate Jones earlier this year. In February, a now-deleted X account, @Jenen6616071188, suspected to be owned by Jones, posted threats to murder Elon Musk.
In response, Allaire went to Jones’ Portland home to try to speak with her, though when he arrived no one seemed to be home. He noticed a large spray-painting that read “Bomb Boomers” at the driveway entrance. One window of the house was painted as a Ukrainian flag, with a math equation on it reading “Elon=…”
Jones was arrested on May 15 and charged with making threatening interstate communications and anonymous telecommunications harassment.
