An 81-year-old man from Kennebunk was seriously injured Tuesday evening when the Ford F-150 he was driving went veering off the road and crashed into a stone wall, authorities said.

According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred just before 5:15 p.m. near 404 Bridgton Road. The man reportedly lost control on the soft shoulder, over-corrected, crossed both lanes of traffic and struck the wall.

He was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland with serious injuries.

Deputies said alcohol appears to have been a factor. Charges are pending and the crash remains under investigation.

Portland hands out free stuff to losers who come from all over the country, and beyond because they have heard of the free stuff. Surprised? ” Dion argues the city has done more than any other municipality in Maine to provide shelter and services, but the surge in asylum seekers and the growing number of unsheltered individuals have pushed Portland’s system beyond its limits.” Now Dion wants tax payers all over Maine to pay for his “generosity.
