Bill Clinton says Obama should "honor the commitement" and let people keep their insurance

Former President Bill Clinton said President Obama should let millions of Americans keep their health insurance — even if it means changing his signature health care law, according to a video released Tuesday.

“So I personally believe, even if it takes a change to the law, the president should honor the commitment the federal government made to those people and let them keep what they got,” said Clinton in an interview with OZY founder Carlos Watson.

A hypothetical change to the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, could allow more than ten thousand Mainers who have received insurance cancellation notices to keep their old health care coverage.
