Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey (D) announced Tuesday that he has filed a complaint under the Maine Civil Rights act against a Lewiston woman accused of a racially motivated assault.

According to the complaint, filed in Androscoggin County Superior Court, 65-year-old Andrea Ouellette of Lewiston confronted a 31-year-old black man outside while he was speaking with his neighbor in November 2023.

The complaint alleges that Ouellette called the victim a racial epithet and threw a pumpkin at his head, causing him to suffer a broken tooth, broken nose, and a swollen face, requiring surgery as a result.

After the assault, Ouellet allegedly yelled at the victim: “Go back to your own country!”

In a separate January incident, Frey says Ouellette confronted a 48-year-old black woman who parked near her residence.

Frey says Ouellette began yelling that the woman could not park there, and approached the second victim with a knife, screaming racial epithets and telling her to “go back to your country or I will [expletive] kill you!”

Both incidents were investigated by the Lewiston Police Department and criminal charges against Ouellette are currently pending, Frey said.

Frey’s complaint seeks an injunction against Ouellette prohibiting her from having any contact with the victims or their families and from violating the Maine Civil Rights Act in the future.

A violation of an order issued under the Maine Civil Rights Act is a Class D crime punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.

“Maine should be a place where everyone, no matter what race, feels safe to live and thrive,” Attorney General Frey said Tuesday. “I will use the Maine Civil Rights Act to its fullest extent to stop racist threats and violence.”

With any luck Maine will be flooded with 1.4 million Palestinian refugees soon. I hope they begin receiving $20 an hour in UBI as soon as they get off the boat.

Appears to me Ms Andrea Ouellette has an anger management problem.

Lewiston, Maine is infamous for being a dumping ground for African invaders. It appears that one older White woman has had enough of it.

I’m willing to bet that Andrea Ouellette remembers what Lewiston was like before it became the target of forced diversity. I bet she remembers it being peaceful, quiet, and virtually crime free. Anyone who lives there knows that it hasn’t changed for the better.

I have never heard a White person say, “look at Lewiston and all of the Africans that live there now. I can’t wait to move and live around that diversity. Things will be so good for us.”

Imagine growing up, raising a family, and working hard your whole life only to watch your town be invaded by Africans in your later years. Imagine watching crime skyrocket and living standards fall. Imagine having a government that facilitates that destruction while implementing laws and creating special ‘civil rights units’ to stifle and prevent any White opposition to it. That’s the situation Andrea Ouelette has found herself in.

Andrea, if you happen to read this, reach out to me. We want you to know that you’re not alone.

She probably has excellent reasons for acting like that.

Sounds like the AG doesn’t have anything better to do. He should be going after the massive waste and fraud in the welfare and Maine care systems.

The AG has the evil grin of a child toucher.

A Givesendgo page has been created for Andrea Ouelette. Dennis Taylor, a Maine resident, is receiving the donations and will be giving them to Andrea. I can’t stress enough how important it is to support each other with these things.
