A Skowhegan courtroom devolved into an all-out brawl during the sentencing of Jason Servil for the 2022 murder of Alice Abbot.

“You deserve to die, you deserve to die,” Abbot’s mother can be heard screaming at Servil during the brawl.

The incident took place after a MA man was sentenced to 45 years in prison for the murder of a Skowhegan woman.

Members of the victims family attempted to charge the man, but were stopped by corrections officers.

During the sentencing hearing, in which the 21-year-old Servil was ordered to serve 45 years in prison for the murder, members of Abbot’s family attempted to storm past courtroom personal to reach the defendant.

According to the Portland Press Herald, which had reporters in the courtroom, the man who attempted to reach Servil was Abbot’s brother, Clifford Warren.

In the video, Warren can be seen fighting with multiple courtroom officials until he is hit with a taser and wrestled to the ground by bailiffs.

The Herald reported that he was removed from the courtroom in handcuffs.

As the fight was taking place, Abbot’s mother, also named Alice, did not engage in the brawl, but stood on the sidelines screaming at Servil, telling him that he deserves to die.

In July, Servil, who hails from Massachusetts, stabbed Abbott 99 times, killing her, and stabbed another man, Nick Rice, who was with Abbott in a house at 912 Canaan Road, Skowhegan.

According to prosecutors, Servil and Abbot were engaged in a brief romantic relationship until Abbot decided to break it off.

Following the breakup, Servil sought out Abbot and stabbed her to death.

Initially, Servil plead not-guilty to the charges brought against him, Intentional or Knowing or Depraved Murder and Aggravated Assault, but eventually changed to a guilty plea.

So now the tax payers of Maine will have to feed and tend this Masshole for the next 45 years, at a cost of about $100,000 a year. His meeting a tall tree and short rope would cost much less.

One of our friendly Masshole neighbors. Another example of Maine turning into a third world shithole. Just line the guy up and spend 50 cents for a 45 slug.
