President Joe Biden skipped the candy and went straight for the baby Wednesday night when he appeared to bite multiple infants dressed up for the annual Halloween celebration at the White House.
Viral video shows the president appear to chomp on a child wearing a chicken costume at the Biden family’s last trick-or-treat event at the White House. Theme music from the movie “Jaws” was heard playing as the baby, held by a woman wearing a long red dress, squirmed after Biden bowed his head and made contact.
“President Trump is mingling with garbage men at his rally in Wisconsin. Meanwhile, Joe Biden is literally BITING BABIES at the White House Halloween Party,” X user @nicksorter wrote in response to the video. “WTF IS THIS TIMELINE?”
Sorter also posted a close-up image with a Reuters watermark showing Biden’s mouth apparently chomping down on the baby’s leg.

“Someone call 911 immediately. JOE BIDEN JUST BIT A SECOND BABY AT THE WHITE HOUSE. This is NOT a joke. He stuck the second child’s foot in his mouth three times!” Women for America First Director Kylie Jane Kremer reacted.
Social media users erupted as soon as Biden’s biting took the Internet by storm.
“WTF Biden is apparently going around biting babies,” X user @@libsoftiktok wrote, featuring an image of Biden apparently biting a third baby wearing a black and white ghost-patterned outfit. The image features a Getty Images watermark.
One X user, @realCCrump, posted a photo of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump at a Wednesday rally dressed like a construction worker alongside another image of Biden’s biting a baby around the same time that evening. He wrote, “These two are not the same.”
Trump donned the bright orange vest his entire speech after he took questions from reporters while riding in a Trump-branded trash truck. The former president hit back at Biden appearing to call his supporters “garbage” Tuesday on a Zoom call.
Trump advisor Jason Miller weighed in on Biden’s Halloween event, calling one of the viral photos “Crazy.”
“Keep the babies away from Joe Biden,” former White House Director of Strategic Communications Mercedes Schlapp wrote.

First Lady Jill Biden dressed up in a panda suit for the “Hallo-Read” event, where she read a short story about pumpkins to children gathered on the lawn, according to The Associated Press. As the president handed out Hershey kisses, his wife gave out copies of “10 Spooky Pumpkins.”
