The House Republican Office distributed the following press release on Friday afternoon. The weekly radio address can be viewed here:

Mid-December and the weather is just perfect for taking a day to go walk on my family hunting property.

I’m State Representative Billy Bob Faulkingham and this is this week’s Republican Radio Address.

So the weather’s been great this year and it’s extending into the winter and it’s a great opportunity to get out in the outdoors and get some exercise.

There’s a big push from the incoming presidential administration to Make America Healthy Again.

I’m doing my part, you know, I got some, some LBs I could stand to lose. I’m out here working to get healthy so I can be around for my family and to stick around for as long as I can to help the next generation.

As as a matter of fact, my family is out walking too on a different property. They’re walking on a Maine Coast Heritage Trust property at one of those pieces of land, but I’m down here because I’ve been wanting to walk this hunting property for a while.

So that’s what I’m doing this week. And I would encourage you to get out, enjoy this weather and take the opportunity to get some exercise in the great outdoors.

We live in the most beautiful state in the country and it’s always great to get out and explore the outdoors.

Also, the Christmas season is upon us and I would encourage you if you’re blessed, then to be a blessing for others.

There’s some great programs out there. There’s some people that are less fortunate that aren’t going to have a blessed Christmas, that aren’t going to have a great Christmas unless some people step up and help them.

One of the great programs for that is Toys for Tots. It’s administered by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. I would encourage you to find a Toys for Tots box around you and donate to that.

There’s also many other organizations that have Christmas trees. There’s a lot of young kids out there that need our help to have some Christmas presents under the Christmas tree.

I encourage you to get out there, spread the holiday spirit, spread the joy. And if you’re blessed, then be a blessing to others.

That’s the most important thing you can do this holiday season. So get out, enjoy the weather, have a great holiday season and a Merry Christmas.

This has been Billy Bob Faulkingham with this week’s Republican Radio Address.

I am letting the Democrats’ do it. After all their leader let a convicted Chinese child molester out of jail; shuns his own grandchild: lost track of thousands unaccompanied illegal children who came over the border; provided NO money to local school distracts to educate illegal children; permitted thousands of illegal children to be in the sex trade;and work in swett shops and all the local political leaders say nothing. Right Sen King!
