Auburn Police are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred in the Grove Street neighborhood Sunday evening after a verbal confrontation between several juveniles in an apartment building.

Police responded to Grove Street shortly before 9 p.m. on Sunday for a report of several shots fired, and began canvassing the area to look for anyone who might have been involved.

Grove Street was temporarily closed while investigators searched the area and interviewed witnesses.

Police found several shell casings on the ground, and rounds that had struck an apartment building on Grove Street.

A witness inside the building reported to investigators that a verbal confrontation between several juveniles had taken place inside the apartment building.

The juveniles were reportedly kicked out of the apartment just moments before the first shots were fired, police said.

“Thankfully there are no reported injuries as a result of this incident,” Auburn Police stated late Sunday evening. “This investigation remains active, and we will update the public when more information is available.”

Just over a month ago, Auburn Police began investigating another shooting that reportedly involved a group of teenagers.

As in this case, responding officers at the December shooting found shell casings and damage to a building, but the group of teenagers allegedly involved in the shooting had fled the area prior to the arrival of the officers.

It’s a bit distracting to read details of other cases in the article about this new event. Is it possible to sum up that this is another instance of street violence rather than re-report information about a potentially unrelated event? My mind is boggled reading so much extra info about something other than the headline.

“ Group of Teenagers “. AKA. “ Gang of Teenage Outlaws “
Round them up and get them out of here .
Put them in jail . Put them on planes back home .
    Somebody call Tom Homan .
These “ teenagers “ are tomorrows thieves , murderers, and habitual offenders .
Maine DOES NOT NEED OR WANT this type of citizens .
    “ New Mainers “ be damned .

Invest in deportation. The importation of third world illegal aliens to keep Janet’s Marxist Communist ideology in tact shows the tyranny of a one party rule. These thugs control our communities through a campaign of terror, cause drastic tax hikes to support and threaten the stability of Maine legal residents, the state of Maine and our United States.
Get them out of here Tom.

You also got your head in the sand. Same BS,

Tent the building and turn on the termite gas.
