The Somerset County Sheriff’s Department executed a warrant at a Skowhegan residence as part of an ongoing drug investigation on Tuesday and arrested the homeowner, who had previously been arrested in June during an earlier raid on the same property.

Deputies led by Detective Lieutenant Gottardi II obtained the warrant after a months-long investigation revealed that the owner of a Pine Street residence, Hallie Stevens, 39, of Skowhegan, was allegedly dealing drugs in the area.
During the execution of the warrant, carried out with assistance from Waterville Police detectives, law enforcement seized 14 grams of fentanyl and crack cocaine along with drug paraphernalia, electronic scales, and documentation related to drug trafficking.
Police also arrested Stevens, and charged her with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and violation of release conditions.
At the time of the Tuesday raid, Stevens was out on bail awaiting an October court appearance for aggravated drug trafficking charges incurred following a June 12 arrest.
In June, deputies executed a search warrant at the same residence they raided Tuesday, and then discovered 28 grams of fentanyl and crack cocaine along with $1,000 in suspected drug proceeds, drug paraphernalia, drug trafficking-related documentation, and digital scales. They arrested Stevens, who was then released on a $1,500 bail, though she had already been convicted of felony drug charges prior to that arrest.
Following Tuesday’s raid, Stevens was issued a new court date in November, and is currently being held without bail.
The June raid also led to the arrest of Cynthia Graf, 37, of Skowhegan on an outstanding warrant. According to arrest records hosted on Recently Booked, Graf’s outstanding warrant related to allegedly operating a vehicle without a license.
Michael Thomas, 32, of Skowhegan was also arrested during the June raid, and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Both Thomas and Graf are set to appear in court on October 8, the same day Stevens had been set to appear prior to her latest arrest.
