A Skowhegan man has been nabbed in connection with a series of townwide break-ins at local businesses.
Kyle Lloyd, 25, is also facing additional possible charges, according to Police Chief David Bucknam.
โItโs December and you know what that means?โ Bucknam said in his Facebook press release Thursday. โIf you said Christmas carols you would be correct.โ
โGuess the two carols Lloyd is not singing right now. โMe Me Me Meโ I’ll be home for Christmas, you can plan on me. Please have snow and mistletoe and presents on the tree.โ
โBut wait, thereโs more,โ Bucknam was quick to add. โThereโs the academy award-winning songโฆ โOver the river and through the woods, to my ex-girlfriendโs house I go. The cops know the way when youโre running away with your footsteps in the snow’.โ
The Skowhegan Police Department wins chops not only arresting an alleged serial burglar, but also for notifying the public of its work in the spirit of the season.
