President Trump: U.S. CARRIES OUT STRIKE ON VENEZUELA, MADURO CAPTURED

MAR – A – LAGO, Florida – President Donald J. Trump said early Saturday morning that the United States had successfully carried out a large-scale strike against Venezuela and its leader, President Nicolรกs Maduro, and that Maduro and his wife had been captured and flown out of the country.

Trump made the announcement in a social media post, describing the operation as successful and saying it was conducted in conjunction with U.S. law enforcement. He did not provide additional details about the strike or the circumstances surrounding the capture.

According to Trump, more information will be released later. He said a news conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. at Mar-a-Lago.
