The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA) and Rumford Police Department, executed a search warrant at 810 Carthage Road in Carthage.
The residence, owned by Michael Gordon Jr., 37, of Carthage, appears to be a mobile home.
During the warrant execution, officers allegedly seized more than 150 grams of suspected illegal drugs, and over $1,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
Police arrested Angel Rivera, 18, of Lawrence, Mass., and a 17-year-old from Haverhill, Mass., on charges of trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Though not mentioned in the press release, records from the Franklin County Jail show that Rivera was also charged with theft by receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence. Jail records show that he is being held on a $5,000 bail.

Officers also arrested Autumn Bowie, 34, of Carthage, on an unrelated warrant, and James Barbioni, 42, of Strong, on a charge of possession of scheduled drugs.
Jail records reveal that Bowie’s warrant was for a charge of theft by unauthorized taking and that she has since been released from jail after paying a $50 bail.

Barbioni strangely does not appear in jail records.
It is not clear whether the owner of the property is believed to be involved in the alleged drug trafficking operation or whether he was present at the time of the warrant execution.
