The FBI arrested a Great Barrington, Massachusetts man on Wednesday after he allegedly made repeated threats on Facebook vowing to murder President Donald Trump.

A federal grand jury indicted Andrew D. Emerald, 45, on eight counts of interstate transmission of threatening communications.

From May through June 2025, Emerald allegedly made eight separate threats against President Trump.

“Trump either you’re dead by 2026 or I’m coming for you personally and if I’m the one that kills you, you’re gonna suffer you little fucking bitch,” said Benson in a July 7 post.

In one of the alleged threats, he explicitly taunted the FBI and federal authorities to come after him and apparently said that he would murder the president unless federal law enforcement did it first.

“Either Trump is dead and in the ground by 2026 or I am hunting him down and putting him there. Do you hear that FBI and any other organization that wants to show up at my fucking door? Put the enemy of the United States in a fucking body bag or I will,” he said.

Each of his eight counts carries a potential sentence of up to five years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a potential $250,000 fine.

Emerald’s Facebook page remained active until the day before he was arrested, and included numerous posts per day, and frequent lengthy tirades, including many on left-wing political topics, but not all.

In one tirade, Emerald seemingly argued that cancer is caused because humans no longer receive enough cannabis, in part because we no longer drink the milk of deer and cows that eat hemp.

The Facebook page also shows that Emerald previously worked as a licensed massage therapist.

I could be wrong, but I’m starting to believe that liberals are a little unhinged…

He should have been arrested and thrown in prison after the first threat! Lock him up and throw the key away. And while at it, throw Mr. DeNiro in with him! Pathetic sorry excuses of human beings. Haters and traitors!
