A shooting involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents occurred in Biddeford on Monday morning.
Early reporting from the scene confirmed that shots were fired during the incident. Law enforcement established a perimeter with yellow police tape, which appeared oriented primarily toward traffic control in the area. The location of the events was identified in the vicinity of the intersection of Hill Street and Pool Street.
According to available information, a driver attempted to run over ICE agents with a vehicle. The agents fired shots in response, resulting in the driver’s death. Maine House Speaker Ryan Fecteau confirmed the incident.
The Maine State Police and Department of Public Safety are investigating the matter, with the FBI expected to take the lead. Videos from the scene show bullet holes in the vehicle’s windshield and agents on site.
At this early stage, officials have released limited details. Reporting emphasized the importance of relying on verified facts and avoiding unconfirmed speculation as the situation develops. No additional information regarding the driver’s identity or the full circumstances has been made public.

Just heard on Fox News @ 3:00pm Agnus King said he contacted ice personally and they told him the person they were after had court orders to leave then attempted to run over ice offers.

(2) Early reports indicate that the decedent was “told by ICE to leave.” Why wasn’t he picked up, incarcerated and deported? These illegals clearly do not listen.
If we were to head down to South America or any other foreign country and not a citizen of that country would they let us vote in there elections?
