The Bangor Police Department arrested the same man three times last week, most recently on Friday after he allegedly stole from a Union Street business before fleeing police.
On August 15, officers responded to a State Street business and allegedly recognized Cameron Mushero, 33, homeless, who had been previously issued a criminal trespass order preventing him from being at the business.
He was arrested, charged with criminal trespass, and transported to the Cumberland County Jail, from which he was quickly released.
Three days later, police responded to a State Street bank, which also had a criminal trespass order against Mushero. Mushero was once again arrested and charged with violation of conditions of release and criminal trespass.
Another three days later, on Friday, Mushero was out again.
Police responded to a business on Union Street for a reported theft.
Officers arrived to discover Mushero, who allegedly fled. Police were able to catch him and took him into custody, where he was charged with theft, resisting arrest or detention, and violation of conditions of release.
NO Bail and Straight to Jail .
