Steven Robinson – Editor-in-Chief

Steven Robinson is the Editor-in-Chief of the Maine Wire. A native of Dexter and graduate of Bowdoin College, Robinson has previously worked as an Executive Producer for the Howie Carr Show and Barstool Sports’ Kirk Minihane Show. Sam Patten – Managing Editor

Sam Patten is the Managing Editor of the Maine Wire, overseeing day-to-day operations, editorial writing, and opinion submissions. He is a writer and political strategist who has worked extensively, at senior levels in the United States and globally. Patten has deep experience in Maine politics, U.S. politics, and international relations. He has advised political figures in Ukraine, Georgia, Iraq, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Thailand, Mexico, Albania, Romania, Kosovo and the Czech Republic. Patten’s writing has appeared in the Washington Post, the Washington Times, the Wall Street Journal, Wired, Rolling Stone, the Daily Caller, POLITICO, the Washington Free Beacon, Breitbart, US News and World Report, the Hill, Roll Call, and various other publications around the world.
