One of Maine’s largest healthcare providers threatened to terminate the employment of as many as 500 employees who had not received an influenza vaccination as of Wednesday.

“We have approximately 500 team members who have yet to receive their vaccine,” Steven G. Littleson, President and CEO of Central Maine Healthcare (CMHC), wrote in an email.

“Ouch,” wrote Littleson.

“Tomorrow morning at 8am, badge and computer access will be disabled for anyone not in compliance,” he said.

Littleson, who began with CMHC in July of 2021, earned more than $750,000 for that half a year of work, according to the non-profit hospital operator’s tax filings.

A copy of the email circulated on social media shortly after.

The abrupt firing of 500 healthcare workers would further exacerbate the well-known healthcare worker shortage in Maine.

This is not the first time controversial mandates — imposed by an employer, the state government, or both — have threatened the jobs of Maine healthcare workers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic and government lockdowns, Gov. Janet Mills unilaterally imposed a mandate that healthcare workers receive the experimental mRNA injection that had been advertised as an immunization.

This little factoid stood out in Littleson’s bio: “….he has been a regular guest lecturer for the Peking University Executive MBA program in Beijing, China.” Seems like he and the weasel, Fauci, are kindred power freaks. Still trust the medical industry?

This is ridiculous. I hope if any person is fired they sue this insanity for millions. Stop this stuff already.

Wow. I hope all 500 quit and each of them go public via the Maine Wire as to their concerns. Our former doctors are CMHC and we were unhappy with their services before we finally left them. They seemed to be all about $. They offered zero creativity regarding the COVID scam. 500 professionals could form their own, modern, holistic healthcare center that would protect patient rights and get better outcomes by rejecting allopathic religiosity. This is a huge story. Please let readers know of any new developments today. Great work, Steve.

…lol, CMHC will be whining next year for them to return because of major staff shortages. Littleson would fit right in at the WHO.

Rev Kev – You took the words right out of my thoughts! I am still with CMHC, but that will change IF I could find a good doctor NOT associated with a large corporate organization such as CMHC. I just had my annual physical – Pulse, blood pressure, a few questions and that was it – not even blood samples this year! I am very healthy for 72, but I would still like to know I am getting my $$$s worth! IF an employee does not feel well, do NOT go to work – vaccinated or NOT vaccinated. Vaccines should NOT be required.

I went to the CMH website to look for the contact form or email address to send a message about this terrible mass firing. There is NO contact form or email address that I could find, only phone numbers. CMH does not want any public comments!

Steven G. Littleson is an administrator. In Mr. Littleson’s view, this is likely not strictly a healthcare issue. What we’re likely dealing with here is the question of how much money Central Maine Healthcare will not get paid per healthcare employee who declines the flu shot injection and what effect healthcare employee rejection of the jabs would have on patients and non-healthcare employees’ willingness to be injected. Pharmaceutical “vaccine” injection products is big business.

Given the ongoing Covid-19 “vaccine” death data blow-up in New Zealand, where a whistleblower’s release of record-level death data of Covid-19 “vaccinated” individuals has revealed that thousands of New Zealanders have been killed by the Covid-19 so-called “vaccines”, Mr. Littleson had better be careful with regard to what he mandates. New Zealand authorities had previously claimed only 4 deaths due to the Covid-19 jabs; but, world-class statisticians agree that the chance of there not being the thousands of deaths in New Zealand reported by the whistleblower due to the Covid-19 jabs is only 1 in 100 billion.

There is now mounting evidence, via FOIA request lawsuits, that very few, if any, pharmaceutical so-called “vaccine” products have ever been proven to be safe and effective. There is also the reported push to incorporate the questionable mRNA technology into flu shots which is used in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 jabs. Littleson should be careful not to set CMHC and himself up for future lawsuits by coercing healthcare employees to receive a possibility injurious injection. Coerced healthcare employees who do acquiesce to the flu shot injection will surely be monitoring their post-injection health very closely.

Jake, I would contact Dr. Paul Gosselin in Augusta.207-530-9010 who is associated with “Maine Stands Up”. His license was suspended by the vultures at the Medical Board but since reinstated. There ARE solid options.

I guess I will now have to find a new doctor as I will not support this business until this idiot has been removed. This is a shame as I like her and the care she provides

Wondering how many people on the Affordable Care Act or uninsured migrants use CMHC? They will surly be the first cut after culling seeing how CMHC was in the red last year. Where’s the outrage from the liberal mob.

The mRNA is the problem. It is the “software” that tells DNA what to do. It acts like a hacker breaking into your bank account. Fauci successfully introduced sheer stupidity into the realm of pure science.

It is completely missed by all that MANDATES ARE NOT LAWS and CANNOT BE ENFORCED. Ironically it has been shown through peer reviewed and published papers that the seasonal flu vaccine is less than 10% effective against this season’s corona virus and that’s because there is no vaccine that has ever been developed against a corona virus [of which all seasonal flu’s are] because of the manner in which the virus morph’s. Flu vaccines have always been a joke and have never prevented the flu but the lies found in the propaganda have been repeated so many times that the lemmings believe whatever the MSM tells them.

Let him fire you! Do not quit… that’ll mess up unemployment payments. Then you can work for those facilities that need your skill-set…especially smaller,non-affiliated hospitals. As for Littleson, he best be ever vigilant. Many, many people do not like him. He might just be Maxine Wattered…Oh, the joy!!!🤣😂🤣

I see the troll, Mike Grove, is at it again. Here’s an opportunity for him to become a millionaire. Debate Steve Kirsch CEO of the VSRF. Be forewarned that even an M.I.T. professor wouldn’t take him up on the offer.

Another power-hungry jackass CEO about to tank his company. Just to flex his muscles and push around staff he will cost his organization millions. Possibly patient lives. The crisis of competency marches on. This guy should be a shift manager at a McDonalds. That’s his level.

For years we worked in healthcare WITHOUT having to take the ‘flu’ shot… If we got sick, we stayed home, we got over it and came back to work! No one forced you to take a shot. COVID-19 stands for CO rona VI rus D isease of 20 19, Corona Viruses have been around since the 1920’s, in animals… human virus was found in the 60’s! WE SURVIVED!

This article is taken completely out of context and the headline’s implication that Steve Littleson, or CMHC wants to fire anyone is totally false.
In 30 years of healthcare employment in different hospitals and states, i have never worked for a hospital or CEO that cared as much about their employees as CMHC and Steve Littleson. He and the administration have gone way above and beyond to create a healthy, positive culture that not only puts patients first, but that highly values all of its team members. Whoever leaked an internal email to feed the gossip mill with this should be ashamed of themselves. They have obviously never worked for any other hospital organizations.
The state mandates certain vaccines for all healthcare employees. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure these mandates are enforced. Not doing so would have very serious consequences. The hospital administration has NO CHOICE but to enforce compliance, whether they want to or not. Anyone whose head is not in the sand should recall that it was Steve Littleson, and CMHC who tried to fight against the Covid vaccine mandate but lost that fight. The warning, NOT THREAT, that badge and computer access would be suspended or turned off for employees who fail to comply is not a threat to terminate employment. It is a warning that people need to comply with the mandate immediately… and the same would apply in any healthcare organization in Maine. If you have issue with the mandate itself, take it up with Governor Mills and the voters of Maine who voted for the very policies that made this warning necessary.

The comments on here bashing Steve and/or CMHC are but people who have no idea what they’re talking about and who make assumptions that are not at all based in facts.
