Report: Biden Ordered Illegals Aliens Released Into U.S. Days After Executive Order Allegedly Restricting Illegal Immigration

New documents acquired by the Washington Examiner show that the Biden Administration instructed the San Diego border patrol to release the majority of illegal immigrants from the eastern hemisphere into the U.S. despite a recent executive order from President Joe Biden which appeared to crack down on illegal immigration.

“President Biden & DHS promised consequences & removal for those who cross illegally between ports of entry after the executive order took effect – but the overwhelming majority of illegal crossers in San Diego sector, including the Chinese, Middle Eastern, & African adults we’ve been showing, are still being released into the U.S. with future court dates,” said Fox News reporter Bill Melugin on X.

The memo acquired by the Washington Examiner shows that the Biden Administration ordered the San Diego border patrol not to refer the majority of adults from the Eastern hemisphere, which includes Europe, Asia, and Africa, to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation.

Instead, border patrol was instructed to release people from all but six countries designated as “hard to remove” or “very hard to remove” into the U.S., with orders to appear in court at a later date.

Many illegal immigrants released into the U.S. who are issued hearing dates are issued dates years into the future, and do not ultimately appear when they are required to by law.

The “hard to remove” designation is applied to countries that the U.S. struggles to repatriate immigrants to if they are ordered deported.

According to the memo, only individuals from “hard to remove” countries, Russia, Georgia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan would be processed for swift removal.

This would allow the thousands of military aged Chinese men surging over the border in recent months to continue to enter the country without fear of expedited removal, as the People’s Republic of China is among the countries that do not accept deportees.

The same will remain true for people hailing from Iran, which is officially designated a state sponsor of terrorism and an international adversary.

The memo also allows most South and Central American illegal immigrants to enter the U.S. unless they come from Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Venezuela.

All families would also be allowed into the country unless they come from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, or Peru.

It is unclear if similar memos were sent to other Border Patrol jurisdictions or if the rules will only apply in the San Diego jurisdiction.

Following the memo, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) told the Washington Examiner that they will continue to place people from all nationalities in expedited removal proceedings.

The memo was issued in response to Biden’s executive order last week, which was an attempt to appear to take a hard-line on border security, as the Biden Administration’s open border policy has proved extremely unpopular with voters.

In the order, Biden claimed to limit the number of asylum seekers who will be allowed into the country, and to freeze the border if daily border encounters exceed 2,500 on average for seven consecutive days.

That order was criticized by left-wing groups, such as the Maine Immigrant Rights Coalition (MIRC), for being too restrictive, and has been considered far too lenient by others, including former President Donald Trump and the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), a non-profit that pushes for stricter immigration laws.

“Millions of people have poured into our country and now, after nearly four years of this failed weak leadership, pathetic leadership, Crooked Joe Biden is pretending to finally do something about the border,” said President Trump. “Joe Biden’s executive order won’t stop the invasion, it’s weak and its pathetic. It will actually make the invasion worse.”
