Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) arrested 46-year-old Stacey Ray Lancaster of Hudson, New Hampshire, a high school teacher, as part of a sting operation after he tried to partake in the sex trafficking of what he thought was a 12-year-old girl.
HSI agents arrested the Manchester West High School teacher and Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps leader on Thursday outside an unnamed hotel in the city.
Court documents detail the HIS sting operation that led to the capture of the high school teacher.

On November 14, HSI agents posted an ad on a website that they knew to be used for illegal prostitution, featuring pictures of two apparently underage girls.
The ad asked anyone interested to reach out by text, with the phone number linked to an undercover HSI officer.
Lancaster allegedly reached out to the undercover agent after viewing the ad during the school day.
The undercover agent, posing as a pimp, responded to the messages, claiming to have two underage girls, aged 12 and 14, available to perform sex acts for money.
Lancaster allegedly requested a 15-minute “quick visit” with one of the girls and offered to arrive at the hotel at 3:15 p.m., just 20 minutes after the West High School day ended.
He reportedly requested pictures of the girls and initially balked at the girls’ ages, asking if the undercover agent had anyone older.
When the agent said no, Lancaster allegedly agreed to pay $100 cash for 15 minutes with the 12-year-old girl.
Lancaster allegedly met with the undercover agent outside the hotel, where he tried to confirm that she did not work with law enforcement before other agents came and took him into custody.
The Boston Globe reports that the same undercover ad led to the arrests of four other men: Arthur Picanco, 42, of Mass.; Ozeias Luiz Guilherme, 38, of Mass.; Sharath Chandra Bollu, 23, of Mass.; and Raju Jonnagodda, 24, of Mass.
U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young claimed during a press conference that Lancaster is the only one of the men arrested during the operation whose employment involves children.
Lancaster will be allowed to await trial at his mother’s house in Raymond, N.H., provided that he surrenders his passport, avoids social media, and has no contact with minors.
Lancaster is likely a big teachers union proponent and democrat.
Who cares what he is, hang him by his balls!!!
