Bombshell DOJ Report Finds More Than Two Dozen FBI Informants Present, Breaking Laws at January 6th Riot

A bombshell Department of Justice (DOJ) report confirmed on Thursday that 26 undercover FBI informants were operating in the crowd during the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots, and participated in illegal activity.

The report adds important new evidence to the January 6th criminal cases against thousands of Americans, including multiple Mainers.

“For years I was called a conspiracy theorist for asking Garland, Wray, and Horowitz whether government assets participated in J6. Yesterday I was vindicated. DOJ IG report confirms there were FBI confidential human sources in the crowd, entering the Capitol, and breaking laws,” said Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on X.

The DOJ maintained that no actual FBI agents were present at the Capitol on January 6.

However, the agency admitted that undercover confidential human sources (CHS) operating on behalf of the FBI were at the Capitol for the infamous “Stop the Steal” rally.

Three of those 26 CHSs were operating under specific orders from the FBI to monitor specific protesters, while the other 23 were there under unspecified orders from various FBI branch offices.

According to the report, none of the CHSs had authorization to enter the Capitol or any other restricted areas.

Nevertheless, four of the informants entered the Capitol, and 13 entered the restricted area outside the building.

Despite the DOJ’s admission that FBI informants committed crimes at the Capitol, the report confirmed that none of the 26 CHSs have been prosecuted, while over 1,200 Americans present on January 6 have faced penalties.

The DOJ claimed that no FBI agents or their CHSs encouraged the protesters to enter the Capitol.

“None of these FBI CHSs were authorized to enter the Capitol or a restricted area, or to otherwise break the law on January 6, nor was any CHS directed by the FBI to encourage others to commit illegal acts on January 6,” said the DOJ report.

Currently, 1,245 Americans, including 15 Mainers, have been charged with crimes related to the Capitol riots, attended by 26 FBI informants who have faced no penalties for their actions.

President-elect Donald Trump reaffirmed his promise to pardon January 6 defendants on the day he takes office while speaking on NBC’s Meet the Press even before the report came out.

He claimed that he will issue each pardon on a case-by-case basis.

Even if the new revelations do not cause any trials to be revisited, many of the January 6 defendants may be free to return to their families when President Trump takes office on January 20.

The DOJ report confirmed part of a long-time theory, termed a “conspiracy” by many, that the FBI was involved in the Capitol riots.

Nevertheless, left-wing media outlets claimed that it debunked the theories, since it was FBI informants acting on behalf of the agency, rather than actual agents at the riot.

One Headline from Politico read “FBI didn’t deploy undercover agents on Jan. 6, watchdog report finds, undercutting conspiracy theories,” another, from The Hill, read “DOJ: No undercover FBI agents were present for Jan. 6, countering conspiracy theories.”

How do you know when the fbi is lying? Trick question, they only lie. Hopefully an investigation will convict a few big cheeses and send them to the jail cells of the fully pardoned j6 political prisoners, but I doubt it. No one in politics is ever held accountable.

I would really like to know how many people at the Capital that day were there on behalf (directly or indirectly) of the federal government, the intelligence agencies, the DNC or any other liberal antifa groups.

It came to light during the Proudboys that not only were some if the defendants CHS’s and being texted instructions by each if their FBI handlers, but there were undercover Metro police and Homeland Security agents in the crowd that day. Of course the judge didn’t allow the jury to hear that evidence because it was claimed “secret” by the FBI.

Trump haters of the world join the FBI for an exciting career in making a mockery of our judicial system and as a benefit you’ll be able to see the countryside while doing this AND never be held accountable. Can’t beat that, canya?
