Now there is always a threat in the city of Portland! Best to stay away.

“Portland Police said Thursday that their investigation into this case is ongoing and that they do not believe there is a threat to the public at this time”. So they do not have the attacker in custody but they “do not believe” he will stab someone else in Portland? Every day there appear to be new reasons to stay out of PWM.
