The arguably most entitled racist graduate ever to come out of Maine’s finest school is pledging to jail Israel’s prime minister if he is elected New York City mayor.
Socialist Zohran Mamdani, a 2014 Bowdoin graduate who’s the Democrat mayoral nominee, said that if elected, he will order the New York Police Department to arrest Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu if he sets foot in the city, per The New York Times.
Mamdani, who polls show is now a virtual shoo-in for mayor, told the Times on Sept. 11 that Netanyahu is a war criminal committing genocide in Gaza.
If the Israeli leader were to come to New York, Mamdani said, he would honor a warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for his arrest by having him apprehended at the airport.
“Legal experts suggested that having Netanyahu arrested would be a practical impossibility, and some said it could violate federal law,” the paper reported. “Even so, Mamdani’s pledge will likely provoke strong reactions in New York, the second-largest home to Jews in the world.”
The paper said that “although New Yorkers now generally express support for Palestinians over Israel in its war with Hamas, Mamdani’s vow could still complicate his attempt to reassure a segment of Jewish leaders who had expressed concern about some of his stances, including his refusal to condemn the phrase ‘globalize the intifada.’ He has since said he would discourage the use of the phrase, even as he holds to his position that Israel’s leader is a war criminal.”
Mamdani spent four years at Bowdoin, during which he railed against Jews and what he called “white supremacy.”
While at the school, Mamdani co-founded a chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine.
The Uganda native graduated with a degree in so-called “Africana Studies.”
He unsuccessfully applied to Columbia University at the same time he applied to Bowdoin, falsely claiming on his Columbia application he was black so he could benefit from oppressed-minority status.
Bowdoin officials have refused to comment on whether he made the same false claim on his application to the Brunswick, Maine, school.
While Mamdani was tripping all over himself to make sure he was spewing his venomous Jewish hate often enough, the Republican in the mayor race was doing just the opposite.
Guardian Angel founder Curtis Sliwa went to an orthodox synagogue known as Young Israel of Kew Garden Hills “to listen and talk about the issues that matter most, safety on our streets, affordability for families, and protecting our neighborhoods.”
Sliwa, according to the polls, places third in the four-way race for likely voters in the November election.
From all accounts he apparently hasn’t worked hard enough to alienate the Jewish population in the Big Apple, unlike Bowdoin’s finest racist export.
@PpollingNumbers, meanwhile, is reporting that incumbent Mayor Eric Adams is going to be quitting his re-election bid this week, making the race effectively between Mamdani and disgraced former Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
While so-called progressives see Mamdani’s anti-Semitism as a rallying cry, Democrat leaders in Washington and moderate Democrats on the ballot this fall are actively distancing themselves from Mamdani, according to the Associated Press.
Democrat Graham Platner, who hired a top Mamdami adviser to assist with his U.S. Senate campaign, hasn’t addressed his ties to Mamdami directly, but the association and his political views have been enough to earn him the nickname “Maine’s Mamdami.”
