The New Hampshire State Police arrested a Hampden, Maine, man on Sunday after he allegedly drove 119 mph while intoxicated.

Police were conducting a traffic enforcement operation on I-95 in Hampton Falls and Hampton when a trooper in an aircraft observed a driver at around 7:19 a.m. traveling northbound at extremely high speeds.
The trooper clocked him multiple times and determined that he was traveling at a high speed of 119 mph.
The trooper in the air relayed the information to Trooper Lauren Hervieux on the ground.
Hervieux caught up to the vehicle and pulled it over. During a roadside investigation, he determined that the driver, Jason K. Harvey, 48, of Hampden, Maine, was allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence—third offense, driving with an alcohol concentration of 0.08% or greater, reckless operation, and having an open container.
He was taken into protective custody at the Rockingham County House of Corrections and is set to appear in court on October 31.
