The MDEA has received several reports in recent months reporting drug trafficking activities out of 12 Cottage Street, the residence of George Markos, 37, of Bath.
MDEA agents were already aware of Markos because he was on bail for charges of aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drugs following the alleged sale of drugs to an MDEA agent in 2025.
The Bath Police Department joined MDEA agents to meet Markos at his residence and conduct a search under his conditions of release.
During the search, agents allegedly seized $1,391 in suspected drug proceeds, along with 84 grams of fentanyl, seven grams of cocaine, two grams of methamphetamine, and one firearm.
The drugs are estimated to have a street value of $11,000
Markos was arrested and transported to the Two Bridges Regional Jail.
