Maine’s Oyster King Will Always Have A Job On The Left Coast If The Maine Senate Thing Doesn’t Pan Out

Federal fisheries officials are putting together a DIY brochure on aquaculture for ‘Platner wannabes.’

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association officials announced they’re helping budding aquaculturists on the West Coast get into sea farming.

They’re helping growers navigate state, federal, and local aquaculture permitting – the same kind of stuff Graham Platner knows first-hand.

“Starting an aquaculture farm is a complicated process,” NOAA said. “Future farmers need to select species and gear, create a business plan, acquire space, and consider and mitigate environmental impacts. They also need to secure permits.”

NOAA said its aquaculture-education program “is geared toward people wanting to learn about permitting oysters, mussels, clams, or geoduck farms.”

A perfect opportunity for oyster king Graham Platner – aqua-farming consultant!

Not that Graham needs a job, at least not according to the Maine polls showing him light years ahead of Gov. Janet Mills in the Democrat U.S. Senate primary race.

The term-limited governor actually may be the one soon needing a paycheck but her family is more versed in starting marijuana farms than floating oyster flats.

MAINE NEEDS BOBBY CHARLES TO BE NEXT MAINE GOVERNOR!!! DEMOCRATS HAVE DESTROYED OUR BEAUTIFUL STATE!! BOBBY IS DOWN TO EARTH NO NONSENSE, RESPECTABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FOCUSED ON WHAT IS BEST FOR MAINE CITIZENS!!

MILLS, BELLOWS ETC….need to go Maine needs Governor and Republican Party whose focus is not on personal or political gain but on what’s best for the state of Maine and legal taxpaying citizens!!

And on oyster grants they are taking over Damariscotta River and the sick thing is so many Mainers build them up and sell them to Canadians and Russians etc… one in South Bristol owned by Canadian Teachers association, Seal cove a hurricane hole safe harbor for sailboats and other boats is nearly blocked off by oyster grants taking up huge space near opening making it challenge for navigation and Eagles have nested there for decades and seals etc… The DMR seems not care anyone that applies seems to be allowed to get oyster grants only in extreme situations do they deny. South Bristol brought it to a vote as so many of us have wanted to stop the influx of grant growing and bogging down the damn got a river making it hardly navigable, especially at night, however, many oyster farmers, including the Canadian Association spoke their protest at the town meeting, and unfortunately it was bid down. I honestly do not believe that the majority of the people that voted for allowing the oyster grant have any access to the river or knowledge personal knowledge of how bad it is. It’s infuriating all the house situation state of Maine said no to house boats, but then had some pole in the legislation that a local land owner who has a houseboat maybe be able to have his houseboat right down in our cove due to some allowable state wording that unless the property owners are abutting their land fill out government paperwork saying specifically that by South Bristol town rules they do not agree with houseboat being allowed we will also have houseboat in our cove and likely popping up in other areas of the river.
There is just so much in Maine that has gone to hell in a handbasket. We really need leadership in Maine that truly cares about Maine and the people who own property in Maine and live in Maine year-round. We should not be allowing Canadian rocks from other state whatever owning oyster farms in our rivers in the state of Maine. Nor did we have all of these cannabis growers from China.

Have you noticed that Janet Mills is running copious ads that highlight Platner’s misogynistic comments about women who get raped etc from earlier in his “wild and crazy” days, well before he started to adopt his “hulk hogan” persona?

You know, the same Janet Mills that said she would take Pres. Trump to court if he challenged her support for Trannies in Woman’s sports, locker rooms, and bathrooms?

I think this is known as cognitive dissonance in educated circles, or doing the Gavin Newsom political circles. You know, adopting the stance the moment calls for.

At least she’s sincere in her duplicity, and sanctimonious as well.

Good place for platner to go, alot of commies on the west coast. The Dems have almost destroyed our once beloved state. The west coast could use another libtard, maybe he could run for governor of California, he can’t be worse than news cum
