Maine-born Jordon Hudson has captured top honors from her latest cheerleading contest, cheered on by ‘WAG’ Bill Belichick.
Downeast-Maine’s Hudson, 25, is still young enough to flex into the most-challenging cheerleading contorts, while ex-Pats coach Bill 74, can only dream…
Belichick was there by her side, however old his gal-pal’s flexible follies made him feel.
“The former NFL great coach was down at Walt Disney World this weekend cheering from the sidelines,” SportingNews.com reported.
“Hudson’s ‘Cheer Extreme Code Black’ team won another championship in the International Open Coed Non-Tumbling division at the Cheerleading Worlds,” SN said.
Jeff Hauser, the reporter for the outlet, said he was struck by how Hudson was billing Bill.
“What makes the situation odd is that Belichick was given the title of WAG, meaning ‘wives and girlfriends,’ by Hudson in a social media post,” Hauser wrote.
“Roses for Bill the WAG,” Hudson said with a picture of the UNC Tar Heels coach on Instagram.
“The two looked thrilled to be there during the same weekend of the 2026 NFL Draft,” Hauser said. “What used to be one of the biggest events in Belichick’s professional life was no longer focused on football.”
After cheerleading, the odd couple was off to the red carpet at the Kentucky Derby, where Hauser said their outfits prompted “everyone on social media to say the same thing: was this a springtime party or a funeral?
“Belichick wore an evergreen classic black suit with a light silver tie while Hudson wore a matchup black dress with a matching headpiece. It was basic, but seemed to be the theme for Trouble Cub and her WAG.”
