Eliot Cutler has been arrested for a sixth probation violation, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.

The convicted pedophile was booked on Thursday, with no information available yet regarding his specific offense, WGME-TV reports.

Cutler, 79, was just released on $10,000 bail about three weeks ago after violating his probation for a fifth time.

The sex offender and two-time Maine gubernatorial candidate was convicted of possessing sexually explicit images of children in 2023.

He has since been accused of violating probation five times before this latest incident.

Cutler ran for governor as an “independent,” twice, in 2010 and 2014, nearly getting elected the first time.

He recently admitted his porn addiction was well underway during his gubernatorial campaigns.

Either that or he’s claiming an addiction as a convenient excuse to avoid more jail time.

Cutler recently told cops first, and then a judge, that he’s been hooked on child porn since he was a kid.

I think the Attorney General of the state of Maine should be held accountable for allowing this individual to have been placed on probation to begin with
