On May 6, the Sheriff’s Department received information suggesting that Lucien M. Oliveri, 33, of Pittston, was engaged in sexual online interactions with multiple underage girls.
Detective Devin Polizzotti was assigned to investigate the case. Over the course of his investigation, he applied for and received a search warrant for Oliveri’s home.
During the warrant execution, law enforcement seized multiple electronic devices.
The devices allegedly included images of girls between the ages of 10 and 13.
Oliveri allegedly admitted to “doing very inappropriate things” with the images.
After his alleged admission of guilt, Oliveri was arrested on a warrant charging him with ten counts of possession of explicit material of a minor under the age of 12.
His bail was set at $10,000 with conditions requiring him to have no contact with minors and no internet-capable devices. He was also given a curfew.
He remained incarcerated as of Thursday afternoon.

Clearly not from Maine. Is he even in this country legally should be first question.
