A Buxton man was found guilty by a federal jury Thursday of transmitting a threatening communication due to a threat against Jewish people he posted on Twitter — now X — in 2021.

The verdict came following a three-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court in Portland.

On Sept. 8, 2021, 27-year-old Brian Dennison of Buxton posted to Twitter: “I’m going to kill jews with my ar15 tomorrow [sic],” according to evidence presented during the trial.

Following Dennison’s tweet, FBI investigators identified him as the likely author of the threat and executed search warrants at his Buxton residence.

Among other items, federal investigators seized 1,700 rounds of ammunition that could be fired from an AR-15-style rifle during the search.

In October 2021, another search warrant at executed at the property uncovered an AR-15-style rifle and ammunition in a case that had been hidden in the woods behind Dennison’s residence.

Investigators also found evidence that Dennison “had a long-standing animus toward Jewish people,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maine.

Dennison faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

the jews just need to be defunded. They are a welfare apartheid settler colony at best. Americans do not need to fund a racist genocide in Gaza because the jews that murdered Jesus think they have a divine inheritance to the lands of Palestine.
